FTL (Full Truck Load) transport refers to loads that occupy the entire transport area during transport. FTL means transporting the entire load on the same vehicle. Full truckload transport does not require unloading during transit, therefore it is safer for the loads themselves. The advantage of FTL is fast transport, because the supplier does not transport the goods of several customers, and its route is straightforward, and the goods go directly from the sender to the recipient.

LTL (Less Than Truck Load) transport concerns goods that do not occupy the entire cargo area, but only a part of it. In LTL transport, the available cargo space is divided between different senders. It is a great, cheaper solution for small goods, e.g. several pallets. The disadvantage of LTL transport may be the longer transport time of goods compared to FTL transport.
